Vitro America provides insulated glass for high-quality residential and commercial glazing applications. Insulating glass consists of two or more hermetically sealed glass panes separated by an air space in combination with various sealants, spacers, gases and desiccants. It is designed to reduce heat loss in cold weather and solar heat buildup during warm weather. It is also designed to filter out unwanted noise. Warm edge technology spacers and argon gas-filled units are available upon request.

E-Glaze™ insulated glass units are single sealed and provide a 5 year warranty. These units are designed primarily for residential construction.
EnergyGlaze™ insulated glass units are dual sealed and provide a 10 year warranty. EnergyGlaze units are produced according to the highest standards, and are certified by the Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), and CBA rated for quality assurance.
EnergyGlaze™ LP: Low Performance
Clear and neutral tints provide higher light transmission, yet still improve energy efficiency. EnergyGlaze™ LP units should provide a .63 or higher solar heat gain coefficient. Performance Data
EnergyGlaze™ MP: Medium Performance
Increased insulating performance may be achieved by selecting from a variety of glass tints and pyrolytic coatings. EnergyGlaze™ MP units should provide a solar heat gain coefficient of .41 to .62. Performance Data
EnergyGlaze™ HP: High Performance
High performance insulated glass provides high visibility and low solar heat gain by combining of a variety of glass colors and coatings to achieve optimum energy efficiency. Reflective coatings help create distinctive designs, while achieving superior solar control characteristics. EnergyGlaze™ HP units should provide a solar heat gain coefficient of .40 or better. Performance Data
