Laminated glass produced by ACI Glass using the Dupont® SentryGlas® interlayer provides superior visual quality and strength. The high clarity of SentryGlas® combined with low-iron glass allows architects and designers the ability to specify a laminated glass product, without compromising clarity and color predictability.

This specialty interlayer eliminates the yellow tint inherrent to conventional interlayers – it starts clearer and stays clearer. The clarity is permanent and it will not turn yellow over time. This ultra-clear laminated glass screens UV radiation protecting interiors from the damaging rays, while still allowing visible light essential to photosynthesis and plant growth.

One hundred times stiffer than PVB interlayer, SentryGlas® provides superior strength characteristics to laminated glass. Laminated glass is the only architectural glass product providing optical quality and safety characteristics that remains intact when broken. Upon breakage, the glass fragments adhere to the interlayer, reducing the risk of injury and fall out.

Custom Laminated

• 3" maximum total thickness of multiple layers of glass and vinyl
• Minimum size: 12” x 18”
• Maximum width: 96”
• Maximum size heat-treated: 60” x 120” or 350 lbs.
• Maximum weight restriction: 350 lbs. per lite of finished product, which may result in limitations on size and/or overall thickness of the finished product.
• Custom laminated may be produced using a variety of interlayers and/or glass thicknesses, tints and colors.
• Please specify if glass should be heat-strengthened, tempered or annealed.
• Minimum order requirements may apply to specialty interlayers.
• Approved laminator for Dupont® and Solutia® Saflex® interlayers.
• ACI Glass will not laminate using polycarbonate interlayers.
• NOA numbers available for M-Pact Safe® Hurricane Resistant Laminated Glass.
