Vitro America provides a standard 5 Year Warranty on all insulated glass units. Any exceptions to this warranty will be noted on the sales order.
A 10 year warranty may be requested. These units will be noted as 10 year units on the sales order*.
*A copy of the original sales order is required on all warranty claims. Units must be inspected to verify proper installation before replacement units are approved for production.
